In the first part of the show, we highlight some of our favorite new releases from 2013. We didn’t quite finish, so we’ll continue our look back in early 2014. Then we talked to singer-songwriter Bill Gorak as we reminisced about the late-great Chicago folk club The Barbarossa

Here’s our Christmas show originally broadcast on Sunday December 22nd hosted by Kathy Kelly and Ron Lewis. We visit with Stuart Rosenberg and Emily Guthrie to talk about First Night Evanston, Mark Dvorak who plays some tunes and reads from his new book “Bowling For Christmas and Other Tales from the Road, Michael Smith and Jamie O’Reilly come by o sing some Christmas Tunes, and then we wrap up the show with a visit from the First Lady of Children’s Music, Ella Jenkins.
